Head of B2B Marketing

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Head of B2B Marketing to build and lead the marketing function for our newly formed B2B division. Backed by a strong B2C legacy and technically mature products (platform modules, payments, CRM, risk, etc.), your mission will be to position us as a top-tier technology partner in the iGaming industry and drive demand among potential operators and partners.

You’ll own strategy, positioning, lead generation, content, event marketing, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy tailored to the B2B iGaming audience.

• Craft and strengthen brand positioning as a reliable, innovative technology partner.

• Create compelling marketing and sales assets: presentations, one-pagers, landing pages, case studies.

• Manage presence at industry events: exhibitions, sponsorships, networking.

• Build digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, email campaigns, LinkedIn, content marketing.

• Develop and evolve the B2B visual identity and brand messaging.

• Lead PR activities: articles, interviews, press releases, media outreach.

• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging with market demand.

• Hire and manage a marketing team as the business grows.

 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in iGaming, SaaS, or Fintech.

• Proven ability to launch marketing from scratch or take a new product to market.

• Strong skills in creating high-impact marketing and sales materials.

• Deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel and marketing’s role within it.

• Familiarity with iGaming industry dynamics and relevant events.

• English: Upper Intermediate or higher.

 

Nice to Have:

• Existing relationships with iGaming media and PR agencies.

• Experience working across international markets (regulated and non-regulated).

• Creative mindset with the ability to blend brand and performance marketing.
