We are looking for a talented colleague to join our team in the position of International Corporate and Employment Lawyer.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of professional experience in Corporate and M&A, Employment IT and/or related fields;
• Experience with international jurisdictions, as well as experience in opening, maintaining, and managing bank accounts, including handling banking relationships and compliance will be a plus;
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills;
• Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently;
• Attention to detail, accuracy and care in a final product;
• Law degree from a reputable institution; an international LL.M degree will be a plus;
• Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills in English (at least B2).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing day to day activity of companies incorporated under the laws of diferent jurisdictions;
• Obtaining work permits in Cyprus;
• Drafting different types of legal documents (e.g. PoAs, SPA, SHA, corporate resolutions, services agreements, employment contracts);
• Coordinating with external corporate and legal agents;
• Performing legal research on different legal matters and preparing relevant reports;
• Managing banking relationships, including compliance of bank accounts.
