Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in gambling industry is required; 
- Experience in international law from 6 months;
- Experience in international licensing;
- Skills of legal research;
- High level of English language proficiency (B2+);
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

What you'll be doing:
- Researching and analysing legislation of various jurisdictions, including gaming licensing matters;
- Supporting gaming license application process;
- Maintaining existing gaming licenses, communicating with local agents and regulators regarding licensing related matters;
- Registering companies in various jurisdictions and maintain existing ones in cooperation with local agents and consultants;
- Research and analysis of various international corporate and tax issues. Tax structuring. Analyzing the tax policy of different jurisdictions;
- Dealing with KYC related matters;
- Legal paperwork (completing questionnaires, applications, forms, letters, drafting powers of attorney, internal policies and regulations);
- Conducting legal research on various legal matters related to day-to-day support of the company’s business activity;
- Dealing with a scope of other legal matters under supervision of Head of Legal.
