Evoplay is one of the leading iGaming providers, recognized for its innovative approach to game development and technological solutions. We are looking for a talented and hard-working colleague to join our team in the position of Compliance manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and review the company’s internal policies and procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance;
  • Ensure in-depth knowledge and understanding of compliance across multiple regulatory verticals, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Responsible Gambling (RG), consumer protection, Data Protection (DP), marketing, and whistleblowing, across all relevant jurisdictions;
  • Design and deliver compliance training programs for staff across the group to ensure awareness and adherence to regulatory requirements;
  • Oversee day-to-day license maintenance tasks, including key event reporting, regulatory notifications, and responding to inquiries from regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor compliance activities across all departments, providing support from the Legal & Compliance Department;
  • Prepare quarterly compliance board reports, regulatory submissions, and any required internal or external compliance documentation;
  • Manage compliance aspects of marketing, including PR, affiliates, and product-related campaigns;
  • Ensure compliance with AML, fraud prevention, KYC, Responsible Gambling, and other regulatory obligations;
  • Establish and lead the Compliance Committee, ensuring cross-departmental collaboration on compliance matters, regular review of regulatory updates, and implementation of necessary changes across the organization.

Candidate skills:

  • Law degree from a reputable Ukrainian university, international LL.M degree is a plus;
  • Excellent writing, editing, and research skills in English, Ukrainian;
  • Advanced English is a must;
  • 3 + years of relevant experience;
  • Must be highly motivated, a self-starter and keen to take responsibility and manage swiftly between demanding deadlines;
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and care in a final product;
  • Confident PC user (solid technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite).
