As part of scaling our legal team, we are looking for a Head of International Contracts who will lead this function, drive its strategic development, and establish efficient processes for managing international agreements, supporting the company’s continued global growth.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of experience in IT, FinTech, GameDev, corporate or international contract law;
- Strong experience working with English and EU law frameworks;
- Ability to support sales teams and work with enterprise-level contracts;
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively;
- Experience with M&A transactions will be considered a strong advantage;
- Advanced legal writing and editing skills in English and Ukrainian;
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of lawyers within the International Contracts Division;
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units;
- Advise on commercial and international contracts and participate in negotiations;
- Structure and support M&A transactions, including drafting and reviewing SPA, SHA, LOI and related documentation;
- Participate in various international legal projects and provide strategic legal support.
