CRM Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our dynamic team in the iGaming industry. Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years as a CRM Manager in the iGaming sector, focusing on Casino.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the casino industry, including user behavior, gaming mechanics, bonus systems, and game types.
  • Metrics: Confident in managing key indicators such as GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.
  • Communication Channels: Experience working with Email, SMS, and Push notifications.
  • Strategies: Ability to build effective communication funnel chains (Email, SMS, Push) to boost performance traffic conversions. 
  • Data Analysis: Experience working with large data volumes, data aggregation, in-depth analysis, and deriving insights.
  • Testing: Practical experience conducting A/B tests, validating results, analyzing outcomes, and optimizing marketing metrics.
  • Language: English proficiency at level B2 or higher.
  • Experience in operating with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets will be a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Developing and launching regular promotional campaigns for performance traffic to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Setup and Customization: Creating and optimizing campaigns across various channels (Email, SMS, Push); building funnels focusing on ROI.
  • Analysis and Optimization: In-depth analysis of campaign results, monitoring key metrics, and implementing improvements to enhance effectiveness.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with related teams (designers, copywriters, and other specialists) to produce quality mailings and creatives.
  • Strategic Development: Participating in the creation of the promotional calendar, testing new hypotheses, and conducting A/B experiments to identify the most effective strategies (e.g., increasing open rates).
  • Innovation: Implementing new ideas for process optimization and growth in profitability.
